The space
Your private North Channel escape.
Sunset Paradise is a family waterfront retreat on 2.5 private acres along the world-renowned North Channel, at 41 A Nemis Road in Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands. From the private shoreline, sunsets stretch across the water and calm days turn Lake Huron shades of turquoise and blue-green.
Upstairs, the lofted primary suite has a queen bed, a comfortable sitting area and views over the water. The main-floor bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above, making the cabin well suited to families and small groups.
The full kitchen includes cookware, dishes, a drip coffee maker, French press, kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer. A propane barbecue on the deck makes outdoor meals easy, while the spacious bathroom has a double-sink vanity and bathtub.
Outside, guests can use two kayaks, two paddleboards and life jackets in several sizes, enjoy games on the manicured lawn, unwind in the authentic wood-fired sauna and gather around the fire pit after sunset.
A practical setup for children, family or friends.

Kelly makes the welcome personal.
Hi, I’m Kelly. I genuinely love people and get just as excited about my guests having an amazing vacation as they do. I’m a fitness coach by day, a sunset chaser whenever I can, and the person who will stop to take “just one more picture” more times than I would like to admit.
If I can help make your stay easier, more fun or more memorable, I’m always happy to help. Welcome to my little piece of paradise.
Checkout before 11:00 a.m. Maximum of five guests.
The cabin is equipped with smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms.
The shoreline is rocky in places and ideal for exploring with proper footwear.
Please keep children and pets within the manicured yard because poison ivy grows naturally along rougher edges.
